Retrieval of Solved Status for Screened Case

Hello,

In the scenario where the remediation is done through Case Manager (Web Access) and the case Id is provided (not created automatically), what is the best workflow to retrieve the Solved Status of the case using the API (to feed a CRM System).

By the way is it the case ID or System Case ID that should be provided (to garantie the unique referencing)?

Hi,

Once you have resolved the case from the case manager(WC1 UI) the best way to get the solved or the resolution status would be to use the "SEQ-case-investigate-results: Get screening results" API, under which you can look for the tag "resolution" which would give you the details.

And to answer the second part of the question, its the caseSystem Id that is provided for the unique referencing.
