OGS audit trail

Hi,

All our cases in WC is marked for OGS. We used to get a daily record in the Audit trail of each case stating 'Case Screened for World-Check'

I've noticed that since 29Nov2018 none of our cases have that record appearing in the Audit any longer.... (this is for both our Pilot and Production environments... both started no longer logging it on the same date too)


Does this mean the cases no longer scan every night and there's been a bug in the portal? Or does WC just no longer log those daily OGS records in the Audit trail?

Hi,

The cases do get screened every day but the audit trail will no longer show the daily screening in the logs unless there is a new match or update to a match for the case in this scenario you will see an entry in the audit log.
