Sorry I was running off Eikon Web app. I have since downloaded and installed locally and it fixed the problem. Thanks

- Check that Eikon is running on the same machine where you initialize the api;
- If it is, go to ```C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Thomson Reuters\Eikon API Proxy```, and check the contents of the .portInUse file, what does it say?

I am unable to find the Thomson Reuters directory within my C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming. I do have the Eikon web application loaded and connected. Any help is appreciated.
