Backend request failed. Post http:/Apps/NewsServices/story: dial tcp 172.29.198.106:80: getsockopt: connection refused

When I tried to extract the Eikon news content through API, I encounted the above problem. Does anyone know how to handle this?

Thank you very much, but it works today even though yesterday it didn't . I guess the problem happened due to the failure of my local network connection. Still very grateful for your answer.
