Market price response RespStaus::NoResources meaning?

Which resources are we talking about here. user's account usage or is it from Reuters side. and how is expected to be fixed.

Hi @rkamra

According to the StatusText the item is being moved to a less loaded server - this could be due to cache duplication or perhaps after the existing server has gone down - although for this second scenario you should have received an "A23:Source has gone down" message prior to the A24 message.

After the A24 message do you subsequently receive an Unsolicited Refresh message (or a Status with dataState OK)?

Hi @rkamra

Can you provide the rest of the StatusMsg - State and StatusText?

The statusCode of NoResources can apply to several different situations. e.g. when encoding a message incorrectly or using the wrong servicename is during a Post etc.

It is highly unlikely to be an account usage issue.

    statusCode  : NoResources
    statusText  : A24: Moving item to new server which has lower server Id.
    serviceName : hEDD
