How is TR ESG Innovation Score measured?

According to the brochure Thomson Reuters ESG Scores, "... reflects a company’s capacity to reduce the environmental costs and burdens for its customers, thereby creating new market opportunities through new environmental technologies and processes or eco-designed products.

I am still wondering wheter the measurement target here is the capability to develop new environmental technologies and processes or eco-designed products. If that is the case, is it possible that you elaborate on what soureces are used to compute the score?
