DataScope Raw Extraction error message

Can someone help me understand the following error message 

ERROR: Extraction 0x06aba80c81e0a6d3 failed because: 9019504 has 2 ET2 extractions, limit is 2

According to below post, it looks like there is a limit on Electron time series template 2(ET2) and the application submitted multiple so it’s failed.
