Python formula to retrieve the default date for firms

I am looking for general Python formula to fetch the default date for firms.

Such as Azure Midstream Partners, LP AZURQ and Barclay Road, Inc BCLR.PK^F14

I have another question, I have list of more than 130,000 clients name or companies, how can I obtain ticker or RIC for them in Python?
