When I tried to connect eikon api, I got connection Error as below. I can be sure the eikon desktop is running. After serching Q&A, I tried to find .portInuse file, but failed

Port number was not identified.
Check if Eikon Desktop or Eikon API Proxy is running.

First, please upgrade the version of Eikon Data APIs. The latest version is 1.0.1.

Then, please refer to this discussion thread in order to verify the problem.
