Eikon Alpha Environment: Not able to connect UDF services from App Server (VS 2017)

Able to connect UDF services from Local environment (App Server - VS 2017), but not able to connect from Alpha. Getting Socket Exception.

UDF Service: https://amers1.views.cp.icp2.mpp.reutest.com/Apps/UDF/MSF

Error Details: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 159.220.37.51:443\r\n at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoConnect(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress)\r\n at System.Net.ServicePoint.ConnectSocketInternal(Boolean connectFailure, Socket s4, Socket s6, Socket& socket, IPAddress& address, ConnectSocketState state, IAsyncResult asyncResult, Exception& exception);

UDF services are working fine in Alpha, after using the below URL:

http://localhost:10040/Apps/UDF/MSF?reutersuuid=YOURUUID
