Duplicate RIC NEOE3.SA

I noticed that permid's 1-21701423526 and 1-55838823567 have the same RIC,

NEOE3.SA, which is surely wrong. Another oddity is that, looking back at earlier bulk quote files, the exchange code for 1-55838823567 has been oscillating between SMA and SAO, so I suspect the problem comes from 1-55838823567.

I can replicate the issue. NEOE3.SA has two PermIDs.
