I'm following the tutorials of the EMA tutorials. But I don't really understant why the applications stops after X seconds (in the tutorial, 60 seconds).
There's a way to make the connection works always? Like the C++ tutorial.

It is just an example, I guess.
In real-life most applications will be crafted to either be short-lived (meaning they connect to the source and once they've obtained what they want they disconnect again) or be long-lived (meaning they have a daemon-like nature, they run "forever").
It is up to you.
