PermID feedback email account unreachable

The PermID feedback email account permid.feedback@refinitiv.com is not reachable. What is the new feedback email account? I need to improve the rate limit of search API.

The address @jirapongse.phuriphanvichai suggested is permid.feedback@thomsonreuters.com. It's in the answer to your question posted by @jirapongse.phuriphanvichai on this thread.

There is no response back from that team. I will contact them again.

I will send feedback to the Open PermID team to verify the feedback email.
