How to manage subscription load of an Application using RFA API

We have an app subscribing to Reuters IDN (Elektron data feed) data feed via an ADS sever with large number of subscriptions.

At some point we noticed only STATUS messages from data feed were consistent. We were missing 1 status subscription (no callback), 76 TRADE subscriptions and 117 QUOTE subscriptions.

What is Reuter’s recommendation for managing load on rfa subscriptions in an APP?

any documentation you can provide?

The app is using rfa api version 8.1.0.E2

The service cloud case 08052043 is created to investigate this issue. I am investigating the client query.

Waiting for the client information to investigate the case. Extend triage.

The client did not give me any information. The case has been closed.

Note: I gave the RFA Java Document and Article regarding application performance tuning and slow consumer to the client.
