Hello
Thank you for your answer.
I followed the instruction and I found a problem.
When I visit http://localhost:9000/ping?all , I can't find "/api" on the response.
And APIPROXY is not listed in log file, too.

Please tell me what the problem is.
Now I'm using installer downloaded from http://apac1.download.cp.thomsonreuters.com/Packages/EikonInstaller/EikonInstaller.apac1.exe
Thanks
Do you know what Eikon variant you are using?

hi
I am having this same issue . Is anyone able to help with it? The link provided by @chavalit.jintamalit is no longer accessible.
I am trying to use .NET API and have a clean 4.6.1 project with the required dependencies. I installed a fresh version of Eikon yesterday.
The error I get is:
InternalServerError: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:36036'
Any assistance would be appreciated.
