How can I activate API service?

Hello

When I visit http://localhost:9000/ping?all after running Thomson Reuters Eikon, I can see that the API service is not activated.

As you can see, {"path":"api"} is missing.
How can I activate this API service? I want to use Eikon data API on my computer.

Your Eikon account is on "Eikon Exchange Pricing" variant and it does not include API access.

Please contact your account manager.
