EikonError: Error code 500 | Backend error. 500 Internal Server Error

Have been getting this error for almost every query - has something changed over the past 48 hours?

I hv not changed anything at my end. I have

- Eikon Proxy API : Version 1.0.102 (1.0.102) [for Mac]

- MacOS: Catalina 10.15.1 (19B88)

- MacBook Pro

The backend server error is causing a serious issue in running regular scripts as I keep having to restart the script.

Is there any progress? I am getting the same error across 3 different machines (windows and mac) that are all using the same code.

Next things worth checking out:

-Thomson Reuters Desktop App is running without problems? You can try to find something in Eikon Menu->Help->Log Viewer->Source. Maybe your user permission to feed some data has expired?

-error in request

-your script needs some local(MacOs) permissions

For Eikon API most often it's because of high load feed requests for time series data. Try to retest your requests with a slight set of data.
