Worldcheckone API-:(500) Internal Server Error

Hi Team,


We have observed “The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.” Error for total of 204 worldchek one API calls on our production server.

These call are basically “SEQ-screen-sync-organisation: Perform Synchronous Screening: Organisation i.e. “cases/screeningRequest”

  • All 187 worldcheckone API service call triggered between “2019-11-07 03:37:32.877” and “2019-11-07 05:16:25.980” are failed with error “500-Internal error”
  • All 17 worldcheckone API service calls triggered between “2019-11-08 06:50:20.353” and “2019-11-08 07:55:52.870” are failed with error “500-Internal error”


I.e. All the worldcheckone API calls between these time slots are failed with “500-Internal error” and After this time slot ,subsequent WC API requests are in success.


Can you please help us in this regards?
