Can you verify select.datascopeapi.extranet.reuters.biz/RestApi/v1 are correct and what DDirect ip are behind select.datascopeapi.extranet.reuters.biz ?

@lukasz.ossowski Hi Lukasz, a quick question does client site have a private line installed from us to it? In order to use Delivery Direct (private line) the infrastructure needs to be there. Have you checked the DS Connections pdf? DS_Product_Access_FactSheetv3-0-2019510-.pdf
