EPSExclExtraBasic

I want to retrieve TR.EPSExclExtraBasic field , but along with it I need the point in time date (when this data was released) and the reference period.

You can use TR.EPSExclExtraBasic.calcdate and TR.EPSExclExtraBasic.fperiod, e.g.

ek.get_data('IBM.N',['TR.EPSExclExtraBasic',
                     'TR.EPSExclExtraBasic.calcdate',
                     'TR.EPSExclExtraBasic.fperiod'])

You can find these options under Output drop-down when you select the field and click on Parameters tab in Data Item Browser app in Eikon and in Formula Builder wizard in Excel.
