we are getting currency (FID 15) as USD for EWC and EWG, how can we get prices in CAD, for example, what would be symbol to subscribe in EIKON?

You can use Eikon to search symbol as shown below:

If you still not find the symbol, I would suggest you reach out to the Refinitiv Helpdesk as they have data specialists who can provide the proper answers for this data question.
