Dry Run to Check Quota Usage

I would like to know if any of the instruments I add to my existing instrument list might affect the quota count. Is there a way to find out if there will be a change to my quota without actually affecting it "permanently"?

In a nutshell, every instrument added to a list affects the quota count, so the more instruments you add, the greater the quota count. Note that chain RICs can expand to several RICs, they can have a greater impact.

There is no "dry run" or simulation mode to determine how the quota will be impacted by a specific request.
