It seems to be the lists the domains which this service can provide(message types that you can request). I found the following domains according to the numbers:
- 5 = DICTIONARY
- 6 = MARKET_PRICE
- 7 = MARKET_BY_ORDER
- 8 = MARKET_BY_PRICE
- 9= MARKET_MAKER
- 10 = SYMBOL_LIST
- 11 = SERVICE_PROVIDER_STATUS
- 13 = NEWS_HEADLINE
I have not found 18 and 19, you may contact the team who takes care of the service to find out what 18 and 19 mean. For more details of the domains, please refer to ETA Java RDM Usage Guide
Note: UPA is renamed to be ETA.

They are the domains value as suggest by my colleague above.
The client can find more detail in Refinitiv defined domain numbers in the following files:
- If the client is using ETA Java: Please check <ESDK Java package>\Java\Eta\Core\src\main\java\com\thomsonreuters\upa\rdm\DomainTypes.java file
- If the client is using ETA C++: Please check <ESDK C++>\Cpp-C\Eta\Include\Codec\rtr\rsslRDM.h file
If the services are not define in those files (such as 18 and 19), you need to contact the team who the server/service to verify on the server side.
