Offline Installation for Eikon API error

In order to install Eikon API at client PC which does not have internet access, I followed below instruction.

I downloaded the required package on my pc and downloaded at client pc. However I received below error.

Could be due to the difference in the version of python? My pc ->anaconda 64bit, Client pc->anaconda 32bit.

Hi @aya.nakamura3

It is indeed different of 32 and 64 bit OS.

Please see the downloaded files from both OS as of today.


Please make sure that you have the correct downloaded package files from an appropriate OS.
