TRTH API error

I would like to test the TRTH API to make sure it fully answers the need of my company. I have a basic account and I am not able to authenticate while using the API (Authentication Failed). Is there any way I can access the API with my current (free) account?

A registered TRTH User ID should be used to access TRTH API.
