Document Verification Image Formats and File Size

Hello,

which image formats are supported by Document Verification? are there guidelines regarding file size?

Hello @valter.gelmini

I have contacted the Qual-ID API team, the Document Verification supports the following file formats:

  • The file cannot be uploaded as a PDF, must be a JPG or image file
  • The file size cannot be greater than 4MB
  • For Driver Licenses, the front image is required but we recommend front and back
  • Document Image resolution must be greater than 96 DPI and must not exceed 1500 DPI
