In general speaking, if there is an instrument identifier and field carrying the information.
Then you should be able to retrieve it using Eikon Data API(Python).
But if the data is from an Eikon App, it may not be retrievable from API.
You can explore the fields using Data Item Browser, please type in "DIB" in Eikon Search Bar and press enter to launch it.
