Hi, on random moments I am getting the following error message:
EikonError: Error code 404 | Backend error. Failed to deserialize backend response. Expected valid JSON. Error: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value
on the query:
ek.get_data(['BOc2','BOc3'],['CF_BID','CF_ASK','CONTR_MNTH'])
As the query does return the expected data after trying again until it succeeded, I expect there is currently a server error of some sorts.
Is there a disruption currently?

Hi @eddy_de_groot unfortunately a number of users (myself included) have been experiencing this intermittent behaviour since yesterday - I have asked the Product Owner to check the service.
