Why?
How to avoid this error?
Just wanted to add this seems to be the problem with the measure code being entered. I see other measures like REV, EPS, EBITDA etc working fine. However, ROE, ROA, ROC etc are not working although these are correct codes. Since the ticket is already raised you will hear more from our customer support.

Will the error be resolved?
There is "An Error occured on the server" while getting measures both for individual measures in general and for a measure with a specific list of papers. Examples: ROC measure with INTC.O symbol.
And the measure CAPEX with symbols:
BPOPN.O,BSL,BTT,BUI,BWG,CEM,CTR,CYCCP.O,AIW,DMB,DSL,DBL,GFNCP.O,CTY,ELU,FPF,THWWW.O,IVH,DMO,DNI,DPG,DTQ,DUKH.K,DXB,EAB,EDI,ELJ,EMO,ENJ,EOT.
There is no such error for each individual symbol in the previous case.
