Refinitiv agreement to use the Reuters 2000 TOF feature

We at fusion Opics a product from Finastra supports interfacing the Reuters 2000 TOF trades into back-office processing.

we provide an adapter for the same and we request our clients to have an agreement with Reuters before using the adapter. Most of our clients have this agreement.

As these features are part of the Refinitiv from Reuters, Is Refinitiv have the same agreement or is there any new agreement that client needs to initiate. Please share your thoughts on this so that we could document the same in our release document.
