login stream was closed

Hi, this is with reference to RIC /2318.HK, we could see the data on quote page, however, when we are trying to extract the same through API into my internal applicaiton, error message is appearing login stream was closed. could you please look into it and do the needful?

Please provide more information so we can best assist you.

  • When you say Quote Page - where is this? Which application and which user/credentials are you using?
  • For the API application - which API are you using - which language?
  • What data source is the API example connecting to?
  • What credentials are you using for the API example?
  • What is the exact error message you see?
  • Which server or data endpoint are you connecting to?

If you are using your own code, try to request the RIC using one of the examples provided with the API - as a first step. If that does not work - provide the above information.
