Connecting to vpn via windows service not working

Dear Team

I wrote Rfa application and I converted to windows service.

Service failed when login request sent.


Connecting to vpn from the application via windows service failed.


The run command is trying to call sendloginrequest at that time windows service failed

Hi @harik,

Can you please clarify your question - Are you connecting to the infrastructure over VPN, and run an RFA application, when it fails?

What is the failure message in RFA. Does the application work when it is not routed over VPN or when it is not run as a service.

You have not mentioned which programming language you have used. RFA stores its configuration in registry/java preferences depending on flavour - and since Windows service can run as a different logged in user - this configuration database can become unavailable to application. Can you confirm that RFA is able to successfully load the config entries.
