Measures. Data changes

Hello!

Question about DirectAPI.

We would like to know how to track changes in the records of the Measures.

We was noticed that if the ActivationDate has changed, most likely some other values of the High / Low type have also changed

Is it possible in this case to rely only on this field as a flag of changed data, or are all fields changed independently of each other?
