TREP ADH Delayed Feed "Data BLOCK" message on ric subscription

This query is in regards to the delayed feed (dELEKTRON) on the TREP infrastructure.

I am noticing "DATA BLOCK" message on subscribing LME Exchange instruments e..g.rics "MALD31N0=LX" ; "MZND26M0" through the delayed service however there are no issues when subscribing the same instruments on the live feed (ELEKTRON_DD). Refinitiv support (case 08803859) advised that LME Exchange data is not available via the delayed feed.

So wanted to check on this forum whether has anyone experienced such a similar issue and if there is any possible solution or a workaround to get the "DATA BLOCK" issue fixed.

Thanks,

Sunil

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

The DELAY DACS config can be seen in DACS Reference section F3.4.1.

Note that you must put DELAY as a Concrete Service under IDN. This will then use the MCA_IDN and feed up to AAA

TR - please provide an example rmds.cnf > ADH config for FEELIABLE. ADH install guide section 15.3.1 is not clear on this

The default NON-FEELIABLE will of course only provide images for exchanges where there are no fees

This developer forum is for questions on and general discussions of Refinitiv APIs.

For TREP questions, the best and most efficient way to receive answers is to open a technical inquiry via MyRefinitiv, or to call the Refinitiv Help Desk directly.
