There is no attribute as Screening list ID, could this be an internal reference for any specific id? For screening a name via the API, the manditory fields are - EntityType, GroupId, Name and provideType.

The Error screenshot which you have shared appears to be of your application. Could you please let us know what error are you getting for the API along with the response code?
