From my finding, in RDMFieldDictionary shipped with Elektron-SDK-1.5.0.L1.java.rrg. The definition of the field id 8636 is shown below:

The field value is string type so the range of possible values can be any string. Hence, I would suggest you reach out to the feed/data support team who can answer this data question. You can submit queries to the feed/data team at Product Support | MyRefinitiv . Select Product to be a feed e.g. Thomson Reuters Elektron Real-Time .
