Could not load file or assembly 'CalaisModel' or one of its dependencies?

We are using the Open Calais (Intelligent Tagging) product for a long time. The calais tagging API is working OK,but on the next step we are getting the error:

Could not load file or assembly 'CalaisModel, Version=8.8.9.182, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Have tried rebuilding a few times, and also downloading the CalaisModel again from the Intelligent Tagging downloads site (it looks like the same version as before), but still get the same error.

Using c#, .NetFramework4, VS2017. Please, help!

You can use the Dependencies tool with the executable file to verify missing DLLs.
