03.RUA has no data in API during 01/01/1996 till 26/09/2019

Hi All, When we run Historical Search for 0#.RUA during date range 01/01/1996 to 26/09/2019 in GUI we get 3009 RIC { "Request": { "ChainRics": ["0#.RUA"], "Range": { "Start": "1996-01-01T00:00:00.000Z", "End": "2019-09-26T00:00:00.000Z" } } } Status 200 OK { "@odata.context": "https://hosted.datascopeapi.reuters.com/RestApi/v1/$metadata#Collection(ThomsonReuters.Dss.Api.Search.HistoricalChainInstrument)", "value": [] } Please advice. I have also replicate the issue on GUI in Historical Constituents tab. This should be content issue on the product.
