"Access Denied" for Nasdaq Rics even though permissioned on Eikon

Hi everyone,


a client get's error code: 251658243 for Nasdaq RICs randomly where he can't download data for Nasdaq RICs via Eikon Data API anymore even though the same RIC works perfectly fine in Eikon (example: GB00BKZZ4R47.ST). This happens randomly to the customer and in no particular order.. he get's following error message:

The code in the question looks valid.

You can report this permission problem to Helpdesk.

Helpdesk should be able to check if any permission is missing or not.
