Thanks for looking into it all. The problem turned out to be that the user was trying to login with the email address instead of the login id that had been assigned.

Hello @BMelwani

I am not the Lipper API expert but based on the error message, this is a permission issue. I strongly suggest you contact the client's account manager and product owner to help the client verify the permission.
