RICs can be extracted through EIKON using RData function in Excel. In the similar way, is there any possibility to get a primary Chain/Main chain for a RIC?

Would you mind elaborating on what you mean by "a primary Chain/Main chain for a RIC"? If what you mean is a chain for Level 2 data for a stock, then for most (but not all) stock exchanges Level 2 chain RIC can be constructed by simply prepending the stock RIC with "0#". E.g. stock RIC = "0001.HK", Level 2 chain RIC = "0#0001.HK".
