Dictionary Download from an ADH not supported by ValueAdd DomainRep

RFA/Java 7.6.0 adds support for this but the ValueAdd DomainRep library was not kept in sync and still not supported in version 8.0.1.

Dictionary Download from an ADH
-------------------------------
Publishing application can now request the dictionary from the ADH.
This provides a central location for publishers to obtain the dictionary.
(This functionality requires ADH 2.6 or newer)

To clarify, the following file:

package com.thomsonreuters.rfa.valueadd.domainrep.rdm.login;

Does not include SupportProviderDictionaryDownload as required to determine support for ADH dictionary download. That file should match all the attributes listed in the RDM Usage Guide for Login Refresh Elements.

Update from the development team:

Since RFA is ‘feature complete’ at this time, development is no longer accepting enhancement requests.
