Have logged a ticket with the support desk. Tried the usual recovery processes - logging out, restarting, smaller data requests, longer periods between successive requests.
The error you got was generated from the backend due to some technical issues.
These backend issues will be handled by the product support team and you will receive update on the ticket you raised.
On the application/developer part, you could try to recover from such error using Try/Except block of code.
Tying to fetch the Standard financial information via Eikon python API, what will be the TR field name for "PeriodEndDate" compared to the XML report(Period PeriodEndDate="2015-12-31" PeriodType="Annual").
Hi, the python API keeps raising this error in some sort of random fashion. It doesn't seem related with my code, and after doing the same request after few seconds I get the data I need. Why is this error raised?
