Tick History Cash quota exceeded

I am performing an ElektronTimeseriesExtractionRequest for RIC "EURJPY=" but I got this output (and not content)

And how could I keep my Tick History Cash quota limit under control to avoid this in the future?

Looks like you have exceeded the requests Quota that is allocated to your DSS ID.

Pease look it up via DSS GUI:

I would keep it under control proactively, by planning the number of requests issued to be under the quota assigned.

An alternative approach is to run API quota request

periodically, and examine the results.

And/or to always examine any error that is received (as you just did) and to look out for the error on quota exceeded.

What happens if no cash quota is displayed? I only see Futures and Options, and we are well under both of those quotas. Thanks

Trying to better understand, as you mention that you are not seeing any quota for Cache/OTC (should be right above Futures and Options) , please confirm that your userid is permissioned for any Cache/OTC instruments?

Uh... It seems I reached the my quota.

Is it possible to free space from my quota (there are still in quota some RICs I do not need)?

As quota is a part of your DSS product contract, please consult with your Refinitiv account manager to see what can be done.

I have attempted to lookup up your organization name, with the aim to contact your Refinitiv account manager and notify them of quota.

However, there are several locations of Amber Capital, a different Refinitiv account manager is in charge, depending on the location. So am unable to easily pinpoint the correct contact on my side, and it should be much quicker, with you contacting the assigned Refinitiv account manager, directly.
