Issues while trying to establish a websocket connection to listed services

For the past couple of weeks we had intermittent issues while trying to connect using websocket connection to download Market Rates (Live, WMR).


From our logs it shows that we can successfully authenticate and receive a token for a session, and also get a list of services. The issue always comes as soon as we try to establish a websocket connection to one of the listed services.


On our end it looks that the disconnection happens on Refinitiv side, but on Refinitiv side they can see that we connect and immediately disconnect. Going through their logs they see no obvious reason for this to be happening.


Are other clients experiencing something similar? Is there a preference to the end points to use while trying to get rate data - Amer, EU or APAC?

Which language and WebSocket library that you are using? Can you replicate the issue with Refinitiv Real-Time — Optimized: Websocket API Sample Applications? The example can be downloaded from the download page or GitHub.
