Developers forums are intended for Refinitiv API usage centered questions and discussions.

It sounds like your question is on permissioning.

If your question is general, for example what PDP codes will include specific RIC, use Explore Entitlements Tool on My Refinitiv.

Search up the RIC, such as "IBM"

Click on the RIC that is identified and see all the PDPs supported:

If your question is specific, such as confirming assigned or assigning new PDPs, one approach for is to open a support ticket with Refinitiv Helpdesk Online.
