Codebook reconnecting indefinitely

Hi, how do I resolve this issue? I tried clearing cache but to no avail. Restarting kernel does not help too. Thanks.

Do you lauch Codebook on Eikon Desktop or Eikon Web?

If you are launching Codebook on Eikon Web, please try to clear cookie and enable cookie.
