TRTH Raw Extract Date-Time

Hi,

In the TRTH Raw Extraction request output there is the field 'Date-Time', could someone tell me what the source of this date time please?

The URL of the request:

https://hosted.datascopeapi.reuters.com/RestApi/v1/Extractions/ExtractRaw

The second question is why the difference in this field between extraction request completed yesterday and today. Below you can see the comparison of the same trade message requested in different dates:

#RIC,Domain,Date-Time,Type,MsgClass/FID number,UpdateType/Action,FID Name,FID Value,FID Enum String,PE Code,Template Number,Key/Msg Sequence Number,Alias Underlying RIC,Number of FIDs

Hello @egemen.acar,

Tick history is currently captured from Elektron data feed. Raw history template reflects the raw history, "as-is", as reported by exchanges/venues and published via Elektron, enabling the capture into history.

Therefore, I believe Date-Time to be the date and time of the original publication of the tick.

However, for a definitive, and in-depth answer on content-centric questions, as a customer, the best approach is to refer them to Refinitiv content experts by submitting on Refinitiv Content Helpdesk Online -> Tick History -> Content.

If you suspect a content issue, and would like to verify why the reported Date-Time differs, you would need to refer to Refinitiv content experts as above, including the complete relevant detail regarding the content in question, with your inquiry.

Let us know if you are able to proceed.
