Tag API doesn't support "multipart". I would start with something like this:
POST(url="<<url>>", add_headers(.headers=c("Content-Type"="text/raw", "X-AG-Access-Token"="<<key>>")), accept_json(), verbose(), body="<<some-text-to-tag>>")
