Refinitiv Workspace don't work on Mac OS Big Sur

Hi I'm on the MacBook Air M1 and I downloaded Refinitiv Workspace in order to use the Eikon API. However, when I start Refinitiv Workspace it says: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. If you keep getting this error, please Contact Us.

Is the program not supported by M1 and if so do you have a solution for me?

Thank you in advance
